Our deliciously authentic steamed Laab dumplings with their fragrant spicy Thai filling are perfect served as a starter, a lighter main, or even as part of a Thai banquet to share with friends.

Ingredients

  • 200g pack Quorn Grounds
  • 50g egg white
  • ¼ cup shallot, sliced
  • ¼ cup spring onion
  • 1 tbsp sawtooth coriander
  • 2 tbsp roasted sticky rice powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 10 pieces wonton sheet
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic oil

Chili sauce

  • ¼ cup tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili flake
  • 1 tbsp roasted sticky rice powder
  • 1 tbsp sawtooth coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
